Context
Zendesk went through a brand refresh alongside several website initiatives, and every new AI feature needed marketing imagery that felt like one system, not a patchwork of one off graphics.
Insights
A reusable system beats a one off hero shot. Once the visual language was set, new product imagery could ship fast without starting from a blank page each time.
The Problem
Each launch needed imagery fast, and the volume made it easy to drift. The challenge was holding one consistent look across dozens of images for features as different as voice AI, analytics, and trust and security, all on tight timelines.
The Solution
I produced the product imagery under the direction of a lead designer on Zendesk's Greenhouse design system and the product marketing manager for each feature. I built a repeatable system, treatment, composition, and UI patterns, so new imagery for AI Agents, Copilots, Voice AI, and the AI Trust Center could be produced at volume without breaking consistency.
The Outcome
A consistent image library across the AI product line, produced fast enough to keep pace with a two year run of launches and website updates.
